Research Experience
2024-present
PhD Researcher
I'm a PhD student currently researching on X-Ray binaries within the group of Dr. Alexandra Tetarenko at the University of Lethbridge. My thesis will be focusing on the interaction between the jet environment and the ISM for a better understanding of XRBs.
2021-2024
Director at Observatori Astronòmic Albanyà
I was the outreach and research manager for a facility located in northern Catalunya (Spain) where I was conducting research and mentoring young students within the field of exoplanet transit detection using differential photometry methods.

During that time I was a member of the TESS (NASA) follow-up group contributing periodically with data from the Observatory but also using data from the LCO network. My contributions were used for several publications.
2020-2021
Internship and Master Thesis
I'm a motivated researcher who has contributed to projects related to Super Massive Black Holes (SMBHs) formation and evolution mechanisms. My work involved data analysis and collaborating within the group led by Dr. Eduard Salvador-Solé.
Education
2024 - Present
University of Lethbridge | PhD in Astrophysics
Currently pursuing a PhD in Astrophysics with a focus on X-Ray binaries, building upon my previous education and research experience.
2016-2021
University of Barcelona | BSc in Physics (4 years) + MSc in Astrophysics (1 year)
Completed my Master's degree with a thesis on SMBH formation and evolution, as well as their potential detection in the GW band with future instrumentation, developing a good foundation on data analysis and observational techniques.
